Inner Workings Counselling Psychology and Supervision is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective psychological treatment to those struggling with mental health and life's challenges. Located in Altona North, face to face appointments are available as well as tele-health. During Psychological Counselling you will be guided on a journey of self-discovery and healing with the purpose of supporting you to achieve your goals.
Services
Individual Counselling
Individual counselling is most effective when it is tailored to your specific needs and goals. During counselling, your psychologist may utilise techniques from a range of therapies to ensure the most effective outcome for you. Individual sessions are around 50 minutes and can be provided face to face, online via telehealth, or by phone.
Supervision
Supervision is available for provisional psychologist and fully registered psychologists. At Inner Workings we provide a space to debrief, conceptualise cases and grow as a professional. Supervision is support for those who support others.
